All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Each product page states clearly whether the item is in stock. Product pricing is correct at the time of entering the information. For Delivery and Returns details, please see our Help section.
CD keys are sent via email within a maximum of 1 minute of your order being placed (subject to payment authorisation).
You warrant that the information given on your order form is complete and accurate. Losses caused as a direct result of inaccurate information provided (e.g. inaccurate address) remain your responsibility and risk. Please complete orders carefully!
When you have completed your order, your details will be confirmed as part of the payment process. This confirmation will state what the products are, the total cost to you and delivery and invoice details. If your order has been unsuccessful, you will be made aware of the reason why and possible explanations. Please note that when you place an order, SimplyGames Digital will acknowledge through the ‘My Account’ area and by sending you a confirmation email.
All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We reserve the right to cancel any order. NOTE: payment for any items that have been pre-ordered will NOT be processed until the CD Key you have ordered is ready to be emailed by us. You can cancel your pre-order at any time up until this point (see Cancellation).
You can cancel your order (through the ‘My Account’ area of the site) at any time up until the point payment has been processed by us. At this stage the order status will have changed to ‘Authorised or Emailed’.
If, for any reason, you wish to return a product bought from SimplyGames Digital, please ‘Contact Us’ in the first instance, providing the download title, your Order Number and a brief reason for return request. Once the return is approved, we will then check the product to establish if it has already been redeemed (i.e. activated / downloaded). We may need to verify this directly with the publisher which can take up to 72 (working) hours. If it is confirmed that the CD Key has not been used in any way, we can process the return / refund. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Once your CD Key has been successfully redeemed on the appropriate platform (Steam, EA Origin, UPlay etc) any software/download/service issues with the product should be addressed directly to the relevant platform operator. We will of course be on hand to offer any advice you need, either through our FAQ sections or via firstname.lastname@example.org.
By ordering a product you accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly before ordering products in case there are any changes.
SimplyGames Digital shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
Subject to any relevant consumer protection legislation, including our obligation under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations to give you a refund, if we do not perform the contract within 30 days or other agreed timescale our liability for any breach of these terms and conditions shall be limited to the value of the goods ordered by you in the relevant transaction, and in certain circumstances the postage cost.
SimplyGames Digital places great importance on maintaining securely the information that you provide. For this reason, we use advanced Internet security system to safeguard your data. All the data that you send to us, is encrypted and converted into code before it is transmitted across the Internet. Therefore in the extremely unlikely event that the data should be intercepted, it would be in encrypted format and extremely difficult to decipher. PLEASE NOTE - We do NOT store your credit card data at any stage.
If for any reason part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable; the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall not be affected.
Contracts between you and SimplyGames Digital shall be governed by English Law, and you and SimplyGames Digital submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
